Blacukrrant  fruit Concentrate is made from the mix of blacrrant concentrated juice plus others concentrates to improve characteristic of this product.

Acidity and color are two important characteristics of this fruit concentrate. Both are oppsite in quality matters. It is difficult to maintain dark colors in acid concentrates, because the acid naturally degrade the color. 

It is very imporant for this product to maintain the freeze chain till de day of the industrial production.

We usually fill and distribute in aseptic freeze or frozen drums, to maintains juice as fresh as possible.

Blueberry Fruit Concentrate is developed for the production of fruit beverages, food Industrial applications, bakery, dairy, ice cream, soft drinks, fruit prep, ready meals, jams, syrups. drinks and beverages and  more.
