Juice concentrate:
Juice concentrate is made only by evaporation of nfc juice. Usually juices are concentrated to 65 or 70 bx, and can aka a Juice only by dilution with water to 12 – 15 brix, depeding of the referenced fruit.

We are a experienced supplier of fruit juice concentrates. Juice concentrate is made from the dehydration of NFC juices. Usually increase % brix from 60 to 70 brix.
This production always tries to keep the main flavor and characteristic of the original juice.
We can find some qualities, depending of pulp in the concentrate. We are suppliers of roar tank, drum refrigerated and aseptic drums, depending of each juice concentrate

Juice Concentrate
This grape juice concentrate is produced from the dehydration of grape must with SO2.
This Must or grape juice is produced by elimination of seeds and grape skins, and made by ground and filtering grape fruits
Grape Must add SO2 to avoid fermentation in storage, in the concentration percentage of SO2 go under level of 10 ppm in final juice rehydrated. Color is yellow clear and brightened. Grape juice concentrate is one of the most used juice concentrates used worldwide for many industrial juice filling.
Also can be used in bakery, dairy products, ice cream, soft drinks, beverages, ready meals, jams and syrup.
The most common grape juice filling is drums, that can be os 350 net kg aproximately.
For local production we usually use ibc 1000 liters or road tank 25 metric tones.

This juice concentrate is made from the evaporation of red grape must with SO2.
Grape Must add SO2 to avoid fermentations in storage, in the concentration percentage of SO2 go under level of 10 ppm in final juice rehydrated. Color is red clear and brilliant. Most industrial usage of this concentrate is winery and juices, although also can be used for drinks, bakery or jelly gums

Strawberry juice concentrate is made from juice Strawberries that are usually growth at the south of Spain in the months of February to June. The strawberry juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate.
This strawberry concentrate has many applications as juices, bakery, dairy, deserts or ice creams
This product i and is usually paked in industrial sizes of 250 kg drums or in bib 20 kg

Pomegranate juice concentrate is manufacturer from juice of squeezed pomegranate. The pomegranate juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate 65 brix. Color is red dark. Product is usually clear, with 150 NTU max.
Pomegranate juice concentrate has a lot of applications like juice, nectars, beverages, bakery, ice cream, syrups…

This product is made from juice of squeezed orange. The orange juice is obtained from mature and sound fruit by mechanical processes and is treated by evaporation to get a concentrate 60 or 65 brix. Color is orange typical of a fresh fruit.
We are supplier of orange juice concentrate cloudy and orange juice concentrate clear. The orange juice concentrate cloudy is threatened by enzymatic or ultrafiltration treatment to produce clear quality. Orange juice concentrate clear is produced in some factories in Spain.
We can produce cloudy qualities low pulp (less than 2% pulp), regular pulp or high pulp, as demand of our customers.
Filling of those juice concentrates is in aseptic or non-aseptic dums 250 net/w. we also can produce in aseptic bib 20 kg.

Multifruit Juice Concentrate is made from the mix of some juice concentrates.
We mix concentrates of may fruit to develop a multifruit with some flavors and colors. Can provide Mediterranean multifruit, red fruit multifruit or tropical multifruit
This product is made from juice of carob. Carob syrup is obtained from carobs made in Spain and have a high contains of natural polyphenols
The main important quality of this syrup is the low glycemic index. Color is brawn dark and can fill in drums 200 kg or box 20 kg

Lemon Juice concentrate is manufacturer from lemon juice, we can find some qualities mainly Lemon juice concentrate 400 gpl, lemon juice concentrate 500 gpl. we can produce both qualities in cloudy and clear quality.
