Food Based Plant concentrate

Plant-based or plant-forward is focused on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans. It doesn’t mean that you are vegetarian or vegan and never eat meat or dairy. Rather, you are proportionately choosing more of your foods from plant sources.
60% of world adults have any kind of allergy to milk, and is a world trend to change milk products to food based plant milk.
Those concentrates, are not only to make a cereal or almnod milk, those are also suitable to introduce in many productions as a filling of other products like ice creams, yogurts or pastry productions. 
 
This year we are envolved in a new project of food based plant concentrates where will have available those food plant base concentrates.
 
– Oat concentrate
– Rice concentrate
– Almond concentrate. 
 

Basic parameters of those products used to be problematic for safety, due this reason, we don´t only fill in aseptic metal drums, but also control producto parameters to avoid problems in final productions.

Food based plant  is a part of vegan and vegetarian diet, those diets are based in vegetal products. Our  food based plant is developed to get a homogenous drink by dilution.

This concentrate is  thermically processed to obtain commercial sterility and aseptically cooled and packed  in bags with Aseptic High Barrier, with 1” or 2” pressure plug fitment. Bags are one-way into trunk-conical metallic with plastic cap, or recyclable cardboard drums.

All of those products are used  Juices, nectars, fruit beverages, food Industrial applications, bakery, dairy, ice cream, fruit prep, ready meals, jams, syrups…
