Fruit pulp is made from the form washed, selected fruits. The product is preserved by a high temperature-short time process, quick cooling and aseptic pack.
Depending of each fruit, we can find many kinds of pulps, since whole fruit without stones, dices or stripes

Fruit Pulps
Sweet orange is washed and rinsed before sorting. AII buttons, leaves, twigs and any other foreign matter are removed. The core is removed from the peel by quartering machine adjusted to get peel quarters. Pulp is heated and sieved to get dummy. Peel is cut in stripes. Blending: Stripes are blanched and drained. They are combined with dummy as per specification. This product is suitable for jams, bakery, desserts …production. This pulp is called Dundee 1,5 mm
Product is in aseptic drums 220 kg
Brix: > 7 | Ph: 3.0 – 3.5 | Acidity: 1.1 – 2.0 |

The strawberry pulp is prepared after washing and fruit selection with a whole or sieving at 3 mm and subsequent enzyme deactivation.
The product is pasteurizing and its packing in aseptic 220 kg drums. This product is suitable for production of jams, bakery, deserts…

Apricot pulp, is prepared form washed, selected the apricots. The product preserves by means of a high temperature-short time process, quick cooling and filling in aseptic 220 kg /w drums although we also can produce tins of 5 kg. The most important quality in apricot is build pulp of Murcia.

Plum pulp, is prepared form washed, selected plum. The product preserves by means of a high temperature-short time process, quick cooling and filling in aseptic 220 kg /w drums. We also can produce tins of 5 kg. This product is suitable for production of jams, bakery, deserts…

Peach dices are obtained from sound and matures fruits of Prunus persica halved, heart-removed, peeled, diced, sieved, selected, thermally processed to obtain commercial sterility and aseptically cooled and packed in aseptic bags.
This product is suitable for production of jams, bakery, deserts, smoothies, yogurts…and is packed in 200 kg aseptic drums.
We produce some sizes of dice as 10×10, 10×10 or 15×15 for different productions

Tomato dices are obtained from fresh, mature and selected fruits of varieties you will cultivate of Lycopersicum sculentum. Tomato will be peeled and cut into cubes of size 10×10, 12×12, 14×14, 16×16, 19×19 mm, etc., and then mixed with tomato juice at approx. 12º Brix in the proportion of 80% cubes, 20% juice, with the only addition of citric acid as a regulator of acidity and optionally calcium chloride as hardener agent.
They are packed in 220 kg aseptic drums and are usually for productions of tomato sauces
