This product have a color similar to honey. The dilution make a clear juice without any pulp in suspension. Due to this characteristic, this concentrate is used as natural acidity in soft drinks, and brewery.

Lemon juice concentrate cloudy:

This is the most used lemon juice concentrate, because do not have any extra process to clarify the product. 

This juice concentrate is more natural than others, and can be supply in 400 or 500 gpl quality.

GPL is the concentration of natural citric acid in  lemon concentrate, and due to this , the most importan parameter in this juice concentrate.
