Lemon Juice NFC from fresh fruit
The product is 100% pure and natural, obtained exclusively from ripe and healthy lemon fruit, selected and harvested at appropriate time in season, by physical process without addition of any additive.
Our lemon juice NFC comes from the squeezing of lemon growth in Spain that follows the general characteristics and the values described in the AIJN Code. lemon juice has a fresh, aromatic and fruity aroma and flavor, with a pale-yellow color.
This lemon Juice NFC has many applications as juice, nectars, fruit beverages, food Industrial applications, bakery, dairy, ice cream, fruit prep, ready meals, jams, syrups, using the product like as a flavoring as a ph natural regulator, getting a clean label in final production.
