Sometimes, is necessary to include a grape concentrate because of production needs, prices or technical reason. This product add ingredients with extra flavor, controlled aroma or a high color if need This product has been developed with high quality controlled process to helps many fruit productions.
Our grape concentrates has been produced with grapes from Spain is a world reference in grape juice production because of our quality and quantity produced.
Tempranillo and Airen varieties are the most used to produce juice concentrates.
Airen variety is about the 20 / 25 % of white grapes in Spain and tempranillo can be the 60 % of grape fruit in some Spanish regions.
Our grape juice concentrate is well known because it is introduced in many productions, not only in winery but alsi at juices, gummies, jellys, brewery, pastry, ice creams…
We have been exporting our white grape juice and our red grape juice worldwide for years.
Grape concentrate recipe:
It is really easy to produce a drink only by mixing concentrate with water and dilute to 16 brix. Our grape concentrate add natural color and natural aroma to standarize production an give our customers the best product possible.
White grape concentrate and red grape concentrate can be produced in 65 or in 68 brix quality.

Grape concentrate vs grape juice:
One of the raw material of grape concentrates is a juice NFC.
Due to this concentrate include extra flavor and extra aroma, we can find diferenced in flavour and taste; thas is, concentrate is more tasty and aromatic tan NFC ones.
This fruit production is not only trying to maintain the original character of the original fruit as much as possible but it tray to increase organolepric characteristics of the product. . We usually fill and distribute in aseptic freeze or frozen drums, to maintains juice as fresh as possible.
Red grape concentrate:
This concentrate is made maily by tempranillo variety. The most important parameter of this concentrate is the color and tarte. We can have grape concentrates with 800 color points to 200 color points, depending of customer needs.

Red grape Concentrate is suitable for for the production of wine fruit beverages, food Industrial applications, bakery, dairy, ice cream, soft drinks, fruit prep, ready meals, jams, syrups. drinks and beverages and more.

White grape concentrate:
This grape concentrate is maily produced by Airen variety. Each day this concentrate is being more used in gummy and jelly grape. This fruit concentrate dont need to include any other ingredient to produce, just need to mix with watter.
Turbidity quality parameter of this grape concentrate is very important, because of bright color. The aroma and grape taste make is too fresh and don´t have any strange flavor.
We can produce this concentrate with 65, 68 or 71 brix degree. This concentration make that also white grape properties become concentrated.
